Interstate 5 construction of "Boat Section" begins
Friday, May 30th, Downtown Sacramento
This will limit our response if the Rigs are kept at the Dock, therefore
DART 1 will be kept at Ron's House (South Area access) and
DART 2 will be kept at John's house (American River access).
DART 3 will remain at the dock.
Drivers will need to respond to these locations to get the rigs.
Addresses & Procedures for rigs and keys, will be emailed soon.
Some rig equipment may be temporarily redistributed during this 2 month period.
Driver-Certified Team Leaders can still take the rigs for weekend duty.

LGS Boat operations training is scheduled Oct 23 thru 26, 2008
This class certifies divers for boat operations, and as boat operators. For the future, divers will need this to be able to dive from a boat, or to drive one of our boats. This should be lots of fun and will be the first time both divers and drivers have actually been certified on the team. Put this on your schedule. Thursday will be an evening class, all day Fri, Sat and Sun.

LGS Dive & Shore Operations Training is re-scheduled for Sept 24,25,26,27th of 2009
This will be an every three year event from now on.
Don't say we didn't give you enough warning.
It also allows gives next years Board Members time to obtain the necessary funding
An additional LGS Homicidal Drowning Investigations Class may be scheduled to precede this....

Board Meeting @ at 6pm; General Meeting @ 7pm followed by
a tour of the Coroners office at 7:30pm
